Pie

If there was only one pie I could have for the rest of my life, it would be this one.  A perfect combination of pecan pie filling, chocolate chips and Tennessee whiskey in a handmade flakey pie crust.

Another popular pie in my family, the butterscotch pecan pie.  The melted butterscotch chips add a little extra caramel flavor to the pecan pie filling which is then baked in my standard homemade flakey pie crust.

This pie recipe has made me love blueberry pies.  It is amazing.  It has my standard flaky pie crust filled with frozen wild blueberries and frozen cultivated blueberries.  Topped with a lattice topping to showcase the blueberries.

A  family favorite, this is probably the pie I make the most often.  Handmade flaky pie crust filled with golden delicious apples with a crunchy oatmeal crumb topping.
